Boxers can compete between the ages of 10 and 39 (40th year). HCBC classes start at 9 years old in preparation for competition.
Yes. Our competitive boxing is specifically for those adults that want to compete but we have created a schedule for Recreational Boxers.
We want to encourage Girls to join the main Boxing class but appreciate it can be daunting. Girls only class runs Thursdays 6pm - 7
Comfortable clothes to train in, hand wraps and gumshield. Wraps and gumshields are available at the gym. No other equipment is needed.
No. As a community club we only deliver classes for competition and recreational boxer members. For our open sessions, qualified boxing coaches may use the gym to train their clients 121 (non contact)
Yes. DP Sportswear in Congleton have a range of hoodies, vests, t-shirts and tracksuits all branded with the club logo and can be personalised with your name.
