WHAT AGES DO YOU TRAIN?
Boxers can compete between the ages of 10 and 39 (40th year). HCBC classes start at 8 years old in preparation for competition.
CAN ADULTS TRAIN?
Yes. Our competitive boxing is specifically for those adults that want to compete but we have created a schedule for Recreational Boxers.
IS THERE A JOINING FEE OR MEMBERSHIP?
There is no joining fee. Competition boxers pay an annual membership to help cover the costs associated with competition and affiliation, but also access subsidised classes through a monthly Direct Debit. There is no annual membership fee for Recreational Boxing.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Comfortable clothes to train in, hand wraps and gumshield. Wraps and gumshields are available at the gym. No other equipment is needed.
DO YOU PROVIDE 121 OR PERSONAL TRAINING?
Limited availability for 121 boxing is available by contacting the coach direct, club@boxingchapel.co.uk.
CAN I BUY TRAINING GEAR?
Yes. A club shop is available here
